LEXINGTON, KY. (July 9, 2024) – Community Ventures proudly announces the promotion of Shawn Burns to Chief Data Officer. In this role, Burns will create efficiencies to improve data integrity and streamline reporting throughout the organization.
“I’m excited to help Community Ventures leverage data to increase our impact in the communities we serve,” said Shawn Burns. “I will focus on data reporting efficiency and providing our exceptional team with visual dashboards to guide their work.”
Shawn has worked for Community Ventures in a variety of capacities since 2018. Most recently, he served as a Relationship Manager for mPact Pro. Before that role, Shawn served as the President of Mustard Hill in Millersburg. He was responsible for assisting with the brand launch and developing the annual extravaganza known as Christmas at Mustard Seed Hill.

Burns brings a wealth of data management skills that will enable Community Ventures to improve data quality, set clear reporting goals, and simplify access to data.
