The Fulton County Fiscal Court seeks statements of qualification for engineering design services for the development of an approximate 5.3-acre property in Fulton County. The property is owned by Community Ventures, a nonprofit local development agency that will develop new single family homes, in partnership with the Fiscal Court and community of Cayce. The scope includes reviewing boundaries, easements, setbacks, and engineering design and inspection of all additional infrastructure, if any is required. Project funding is provided in part by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery program, and potentially by Kentucky Housing Corporation Rural Housing Trust Fund financing. Other capital support may be sought from state, federal, and private sources. All interested persons and firms should contact Fulton County Judge-Executive Jim Martin between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday to obtain a project information packet. Qualifications must be received at the Fulton County Fiscal Court, 2216 Myron Cory Drive, Hickman, KY, 42050, no later than 4 p.m. (June 25, 2025). The Fulton County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications statements not meeting the requirements of this Request for Qualifications for Consulting Engineers.
