Community Ventures welcomes Dali Webb as a Business Development Specialist on its lending team, working with entrepreneurs across Greater Lexington. She joined CV on October 13.
Dali sees strong, trustworthy relationships as central to that work. She will provide ongoing business advice and one-on-one technical assistance, helping entrepreneurs work through the needs and problems they encounter as they grow their businesses. Her role also includes originating SBA loans.
Her connection to CV began in 2015, when she purchased a home from the organization.
“I was impacted by the beautiful mission CV carries out to renovate and repurpose communities throughout Kentucky,” she shared.
Dali brings more than 10 years of experience in business development, two years of experience in lending and sales, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Outside the office, Dali describes herself as a passionate Christ follower and a competitive pickleball player. She enjoys hiking and kayaking, and her favorite activities are cooking, dancing and laughing hard with loved ones.
She shares a simple reminder: “Do not despise these small beginnings.”
