Community Ventures and the Women’s Business Center of Kentucky are proud to welcome Gattiella “Gatty” Flores as our new WBC Business Coach.
Based in Louisville, Gatty will support entrepreneurs across Kentucky through the Women’s Business Center and provide bilingual support in English and Spanish, helping more business owners access coaching, resources, and opportunities.
Gatty brings a strong combination of strategic insight, entrepreneurial experience, and facilitation expertise to this role. She holds an MBA in Strategic Management and has built her career helping entrepreneurs move from operating in urgency to building businesses with greater structure, clarity, and long-term direction.
Throughout her career, Gatty has developed business plans and strategic roadmaps, guided entrepreneurs in refining their business models and value propositions, and facilitated workshops and learning experiences for entrepreneurial communities. She has also taught entrepreneurship and business model development, with a strong ability to translate complex strategic concepts into practical tools that business owners can apply right away.
Her addition to the WBC team reflects the organization’s continued commitment to providing practical, high-value support to entrepreneurs across the Commonwealth. The Women’s Business Center of Kentucky offers confidential, no-cost business coaching along with training, programming, and networking opportunities designed to help business owners start, grow, and succeed.
Gatty’s experience and approach align closely with that mission.
She understands that growing a business requires not only strategy, but also clear decision-making, strong planning, and consistent support.
