Gattiella “Gatty” Flores is a business coach, strategist, and facilitator. She holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management and has experience in business education.
As a Business Advisor at the Women’s Business Center of Kentucky, Gatty supports entrepreneurs across the state through business coaching and bilingual assistance in English and Spanish, helping them access resources, opportunities, and tools to build businesses with greater direction, clarity, and sustainability.
Outside of her work, Gatty enjoys personal growth, holistic well-being, and building community.
