Chef Space Too

Growing opportunity from farm to shelf.

Supported by USDA investment in Kentucky’s local food economy

Chef Space Too is funded through the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Agricultural Marketing Service, Local Food Promotion Program (LFPP). This award supports connections among Kentucky farmers, food producers, and market opportunities through Community Ventures, Chef Space, and Mustard Seed Hill.

Helping food businesses take the next step

Community Ventures provides business development resources, technical assistance, and connections to its statewide network. Participants may receive support with business planning, financial forecasting, local sourcing, and preparing for retail opportunities.

Mustard Seed Hill serves as the program’s rural hub in Millersburg. Chef Space contributes food business incubation expertise. Kitchen access may also be available when appropriate.

Stronger businesses. More connected communities.

Chef Space Too helps growers and food entrepreneurs build relationships that bring more Kentucky ingredients into locally made products and new markets.
