Otis came to Community Ventures in order to be able to see the results of his work in communities close to home. Prior to Community Ventures, Otis was with the Kentucky Auditor of Public Accounts where he served as auditor of state accounts and compliance auditor of federal grants, PriceWaterhouseCoopers as an auditor, and then the Teachers’ Retirement System as an accountant.
