Lexington-based non-profit Community Ventures has announced the 2022 title sponsorship of their premier holiday event—Traditional Bank’s Christmas at Mustard Seed Hill. Central Kentucky’s go-to place to create memories will once again shine a spotlight on tiny Millersburg and the historic campus of the former Millersburg Military Institute. Traditional Bank is a Kentucky financial institution celebrating its 120th anniversary. Founded in Mt. Sterling in 1902, Traditional Bank has grown to 17 banking centers spread across 8 Kentucky counties, including two Bourbon County branches.

Adamson, along with Traditional Bank’s Bourbon County Market Leader Chuck Redwine, toured Mustard Seed Hill and were impressed by the blend of beauty and function as well as the merging of history and modern convenience.

Beginning on December 1st, visitors to the Mustard Seed Hill campus will once again enjoy a magnificent display of Christmas lights including a glittering Christmas sleigh and illuminated walk-through ornament offering the ultimate family photo-op or the perfect place for an unforgettable engagement proposal. Guests can tour the impeccably decorated Allen House Mansion and McIntyre Hall where they will view results of the Gingerbread Competition and watch fiber artisans at work. Musical programming will be featured on select nights throughout the season.
Delectable eats abound, sweet tooths will be satisfied in the Holiday Tent and this year, friends and families can book a firepit at the Christmas Campfire Experience. Each cozy spot seats up to six and comes with a hot dog and s’mores kit with everything needed for the perfect campfire dinner.
