Please meet, Laura, our newest homeowner. Laura is a single mother of 3 and loves having a yard for her kids to play. She and her family now reside in Nicholasville and love their like-new home!
With the help of our funding partners Kentucky Housing Corporation, Housing Trust Fund, the HOME program, and BB&T Bank, Community Ventures was able to make repairs and upgrades to Laura’s home. Upgrades include a new HVAC system, repaired plumbing, improved insulation, and new Energy Star appliances.
Congrats again to Laura and her family!
